INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-5)flan-de-coco23-300x224

300 gr. condensed milk
220 g of coconut juice
220 grs of cream
60g grated coconut
2 pack of curd
Liquid caramel

PREPARATION

- Pour all the ingredients in the thermomix glass (except liquid caramel). Mix for 20 seconds, speed 10.

- Set for 8 ½ minutes, temperature 90 degrees at speed 3.

- Meanwhile, caramelized the molds.

- As soon as you finish cooking, pour the mix in the prepared molds. Let cool to room temperature and then put them in the fridge. You have to leave in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours.

It’s easy and quick to prepare. Exquisite for fans of coconut!!
