Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
-4 eggs.
- 125 g. sugar or 30 g. fructose.
- 125 g. margarine.
- 125 g. flour.
- 1 lemon yogurt.
- The zest of a lemon.
- 75 g. shredded coconut.
- 1 tablespoon yeast.
- 1 pinch of baking.
- Silicone molds or capsules of paper.
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 180 º. Place the butterfly and put the eggs and sugar or fructose in the glass.
Program for 7 minutes, speed 3 and 1 / 2. Add yogurt, lemon zest and coconut. Set for 10 seconds at speed 1 and 1 / 2.
Melt margarine in microwave for 30 seconds, mix it with the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix all together for 10 seconds at speed 1 and 1 / 2.
Fill the capsules of paper or silicone molds and place them in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
You can sprinkle with powdered sugar when cold.
