Classic donuts

INGREDIENTS
- 250g Milk
- 100g Sunflower oil
- 40g fresh yeast
- 70gr sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 700 gr of flour and olive oil for frying.
PREPARATION
Place in a glass of milk, oil and sugar for 2 min. /37 º/ Speed 2.
Add yeast and eggs and mix for 10 seconds on speed 6 no heat. Add the flour and salt and knead for about 20 seconds at speed 6 for 3 minutes.
Remove the dough and let it repose for 10 minutes. Then shape the desired size and let them repose in the oven or in a draft-free place, to double in volume. Once they’ve grown fry in abundant hot oil and drain on absorbent paper. Donuts can be covered with chocolate, powdered sugar, syrup…
Once made take them into the fridge and after a few minutes take them out and then let them thaw.
They are very very similar to those sold on the market. They taste great!
