800 ml of whole milk
2 sprigs of mint or peppermint
4 eggs
170 gr sugar
PREPARATION
Chop the chocolate at progressive speed. Reserve.
Without cleaning the Thermomix put half of the milk together with the branch mint in the glass, 10 min, 90 ° C, speed 3. Strain through a fine sieve.
Then mix the remaining milk with the eggs and sugar.
Put everything in the glass and set for 8 min, 90 ° C, speed 3. Serve in individual bowls.
