fondotags2RECIPE FOR THE TM31

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
- 700 gr of chicken wings (I do it with wings but any part of the chicken is useful: small chicken thighs, breast chunks etc….) The amount of chicken serves as a guide, depending on what each of the guests eat

- 2 medium onions
- A bit of olive oil
- Salt
- 30 g of soy sauce
- 150 gr of white wine
- ½ stock cube
- 1 teaspoon of flour
PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 180 º. Season the chicken. Place sliced onions on the tray and the chicken (with or without skin, it makes no difference) over it. Pour a little oil over the chicken and put it in the oven until it is golden brown. Time has not been specified because it depends on the size of the pieces. When browned, rotate to brown on the other side.
2. Once the chicken has completely roasted, remove the resulting juice and onions and add to a glass. Keep the chicken to heat inside the oven. (I cover it with aluminum foil)
3. Pour the soy sauce together with the white wine, ½ stock cube and flour into the same glass . Program 12 min / varoma / 1 level. If you do not want visible onions they can be chopped. The sauce should be slightly thicker. If it is not thick enough, add a little extra flour and set an additional 5 min/ varoma / 1 level.
4. Serve the chicken with the sauce on top.
I usually accompany with a garnish of basmati rice , but can also be accompanied with French fries, vegetables, etc..
I hope you enjoy it.

Everybody adored it, most definitely I’ll be preparing it often now, it certainly is lovely to discover original inspiration for recipes in addition to easy to understand approaches to create them. Appreciate your supplying them.
