Chicken breast with mushrooms and mayonnaise

Add to favorites INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 20 gr oil
• 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
• 150 gr of mushrooms
• 500 grams of chicken breast
• pinch of cumin, salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
•1 carrot
PREPARATION
Chop the garlic cloves at speed 5, add oil and sauté for 6 minutes, varoma temperature, speed spoon.
Meanwhile we will be cutting the mushrooms into strips by hand and then add to the garlic with parsley, 5 min, varoma, left turn, speed spoon.
Cut the chicken into strips not too thick, the salt, with pepper and cumin. Reschedule for 6 min, varoma, left turn,, speed spoon. When 1 mint’s left, add in the jar 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and let time runs out.
Put them on the tray where we are going to serve them and place strips of raw carrot on top.
