Recipe – Thermomix TM 31cherryjam
INGREDIENTS
500gr. cherry
500gr. sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of strawberry jam (optional)
PREPARATION
Wash the cherries and extract the bone. Pour into the bowl the cherries, along with sugar, the tbsp of lemon juice and two tablespoons of jam (it will thicken) *Not necessary*
Mash for3 seconds at speed 4 for 20 minutes at 100 º. If it’s still too liquid you can increase the cooking 5 minutes longer.
Pour the hot jam into jars and put them down until cool.
