Cheese arepa

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g. white corn.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 100 g. Cheese (type orchard, innkeeper …)
- A little salt.
- A tablespoon of butter or margarine.
PREPARATION
Corn grinding for 20 seconds/ speed 6-8-10, 2 times, removing the remains from the walls so they are milled well. Add the cup of milk, grated cheese, a little salt and butter and mix 1 minute at speed 3 and a half. Place a frying pan and when hot put a tablespoon of dough in it. When it’s made a little, turn around with a spatula and it’s crushed to be done right on the other side. Serve warm.
