200 gr ripe, peeled and sliced banana
50 g sugar
100 grams of ice
600 g of skimmed milk
PREPARATION
Put in the cup the bananas, sugar and ice. Hold the cup with your hand so it doesn’t jump and set for 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-10.
Add the milk and set for another 30 seconds, progressive speed 5-10.
This smoothie should be served immediately, since the banana oxidizes and starts getting a little dark.
You may also add a little of cinnamon.

(Serves 3)
INGREDIENTS
330 grs of black beer
75g brown sugar
1 egg white
juice of half lemon

PREPARATION
1 .- The day before freeze the beer in ice buckets.
2 .- Pulverized sugar for 20 seconds, at gradually speed 5-10.
3 .- Add the frozen beer cubes, egg white and lemon.
4 .- Grind for 1 minute, speed 8 and serve immediately

1000 grs. mineral water.
300 grs. lime juice.
160 40th grs. rum
260 grs. sugar.
290 grs atomized glucose.
12 grs. sherbet stabilizer.
The zest of 4 limes.
15 grs. fresh mint.
PREPARATION:
Crush with the Thermomix (water with the mint leaves to break them (not too much), then put in a bowl and cover with a wrap and let marinate for 24 hours.
After this, pour in a saucepan. Start to heat and add the glucose spray. At 40 º add sugar mixed with the neutral. Bring to 85 º and maintain for a couple of minutes.

- 800 gr of strawberries.
- 8 natural yogurts.
- 1 can of condensed milk 370 gr.
PREPARATION:
1 &#8211; Put the strawberries into the glass. Mash for 30 seconds, speed 6-8-10.
2 &#8211; Add the yogurt and stir for 20 seconds, speed 4.
3 &#8211; Add the condensed milk and mix 30 seconds speed 6.
Note: Serve very cold. You can put in the freezer and let it hail. It is better overnight.

1 .- Put all ingredients and beat them 1 minute, speed 5.
2 .- We beat again for 1 minute. Speed 10.
If you want cooler, you can start chopping some ice cubes at speed 5 until they’re finely chopped. Then proceed according to the steps indicated.

2 oranges

20 grams of dark rum
300g water
400g of ice cubes
PREPARATION
Remove the ends of oranges and threw them into the glass with sugar and water. Hit three times. Strain the jar .then wash it and threw the liquid back to the jar, along with the rum and ice cubes. Set at speed 6 until the ice doesn’t hit the glass (about 15&#8221;)

- 5 lemons
- 500 g of water
- 250 g sugar
- 800 g of ice
PREPARATION
Wash the lemons without peeling and cut them into 6 or 8 wedges.
Pour and the glass with water and press the turbo button 5 times with quick jabs. Drain and rinse the glass.
Return the liquid in the glass, add sugar and ice cubes and set speed 30 seconds / Speed 5.
