 BASE:
50 g butter
1 packet of María  biscuits
Filling:
1 packet of strawberry jelly
300gr Philadelfia cheese
200gr whipping cream
3 sugar tablespoons
250g water
250g Natural Strawberry
Glaze:
4 or 5 strawberries
1 packet of strawberry jelly
200gr Strawberry jam
100g water
10 g lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Base:
Place the butter in the bowl 1min 37 º speed 2 after you add the packet of biscuits and grind at speed 5 until everything is blended until it’s like a paste and line the pan with it

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
stick cinnamon, orange and/or lime peel
PREPARATION
Place milk in the the cup (reserve some of it) with cinnamon and peels, during 10 minutes, 212 °F, speed 1. Sift to remove peels and cinnamon.
Program for 12 minutes, 212°F, speed 3. When finished let stir in speed 3 for about 5 minutes, to let it cool a little.
Put in piping bag and cool in the fridge. Nozzle of the piping bag will depend on purpose of the cream.
