Lasagna with cheese sauce

Sauce:
200g zucchini
200g red pepper
200 gr green
100 gr onion
2 garlic clove
1 tablet of stock cube
salt
pepper
thyme
500 gr crushed tomatoes
100 gr olive oil
100 grs precooked lasagna sheets
100 gr grated cheese

PREPARATION
-Put in the Thermomix the chopped vegetables: at speed 4, for 4 seconds.
-Place in a glass-oil and all vegetables, varoma, turn left, 15 minutes, spoon velocity.
-Add the tomato, seasoning, thyme, stock cube, varoma, turn left, for 5 minutes, speed spoon.
-Put the lasagna sheets in varoma, and set for 17 minutes, varoma, speed spoon, left turn.

Spaghetti in green sauce

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
 (Serves 4)
 50 gr olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch of basil
10 gr lemon juice
1.5l water
Salt and pepper
2 hard boiled eggs
350 gr spaghetti
PREPARATION
- Chop the eggs at speed 2-3 for 4 seconds. Then reserve.

Macaroni bolognese

INGREDIENTS

125g Parmesan cheese
50g oil
130g onions
50g green pepper
1 clove garlic
500g chopped tomatoes (a small can)
500g minced meat (half beef and half pork)
spices (salt, oregano, pepper …. )
250g macaroni
425g water
PREPARATION
Put in the bowl and the cheese and grate at speed 10 for 10 seconds, then remove the cup and reserve.

Tagliatelle with tomato sauce and tuna

(Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS
1 package of fresh egg noodles
1 onion
1 can of crushed tomatoes (400 gr)
2 cans of tuna
3 slices of ham
1 boiled egg
40 grams of oil
Salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar
PREPARATION
Put the onion into quarters and oil at speed 5, 4 seconds .

Garlic pasta with tuna and txatka

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)

• 4 garlic cloves
• 40 gr oil
• 2 small cans of tuna
• 4 sticks of txatka
• 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
• 300 grams of pasta
• 1.5 liters of water
• 1 stock cube
PREPARATION

Depending on what we need the bechamel for, we will use a larger or smaller amounts of grease, considering that the amount of grease must be equal or slightly more than flour.

You can use grease of your choice: margarine, butter, oil (olive, canola, etc). Playing with different grease will get you different flavors. You must consider fat content of the engredient you wish to add, for example, in cheese croquetes, since its fat content is already high, we will place same amount of flour and grease in the bechamel recipe, we will not increase amount of grease.

I usually add 4 cups of milk, in that case we need to divide flour and grease amount in half, for example, , today I will make a sauce for STEAMED AND GRATINATED BROCCOLI with 4 cups of milk, 1 ounce of milk and 1 ounce of flour.

Place all ingredients in the cup and program 100°C, in speed 4, during 8 minutes. If it is done with 8 cups of milk, increase time to 12 minutes.
