INGREDIENTS
800 gr Pork
1 onion
2 Garlic
1 Carrot
Salt, thyme, pepper, 1 bay leaf
1 cup of white wine
1 / 2 cup olive oil
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of water
PREPARATION
Place in the thermomix the onion, garlic and oil, chop for 10 seconds at speed 5. Set 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed spoon remains.
Add sliced carrots, chopped meat, salt, bay leaf, thyme a pinch of black pepper and white wine, water and tomato sauce. Set varoma temperature, 40 minutes, speed spoon, turn left.
Accompanied with French fries.

- 2 or 3 chicken fillets
- Frozen spinach
- 2 or 3 potatoes
- 1 piece of emmental cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 liter of water
PREPARATION
Add water in the Thermomix and set for 27 minutes at varoma temperature, at  speed spoon.
Meanwhile chop the potatoes (as in the photo) and put them in the Varoma with the eggs.
