- 50 gr oil
- 130 gr carrot
- 130 gr onion
- 180 gr mushrooms
- 50 gr green pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- Natural tomato
For the rest of the filling:
- 500 gr minced beef
- salt

- 2 eggplants

1 large onion (200 gr)
1 carrot (90 g)
half red pepper (90 g)
100 gr diced bacon
110 gr olive oil
3 garlic cloves
3 eggs

INGREDIENTS
800 gr Pork
1 onion
2 Garlic
1 Carrot
Salt, thyme, pepper, 1 bay leaf
1 cup of white wine
1 / 2 cup olive oil
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of water
PREPARATION
Place in the thermomix the onion, garlic and oil, chop for 10 seconds at speed 5. Set 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed spoon remains.
Add sliced carrots, chopped meat, salt, bay leaf, thyme a pinch of black pepper and white wine, water and tomato sauce. Set varoma temperature, 40 minutes, speed spoon, turn left.
Accompanied with French fries.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml double cream for cooking
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cans of corn
- Grated cheese (emmental)
- 1 carrot

- 2 slices of bread from the day before

- 2 or 3 chicken fillets
- Frozen spinach
- 2 or 3 potatoes
- 1 piece of emmental cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 liter of water
PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)
1 onion
1 garlic clove
20 g of oil
3 leeks
3 large potatoes
a piece of pumpkin
stock cube
1 teaspoon of pepper beef
salt
PREPARATION

Chop the onion and garlic for 20 seconds at speed 4, add oil, 10 min, varoma, speed spoon. Add the leek, and mix again for 10 min, varoma, speed spoon.
Add the remaining ingredients and set 15 min, varoma, left turn, speed spoon. After this let repose for about 10 min without removing the glass from the base, the potato will be cook this way.
