CARAMEL ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of liquid caramel
1/2 cup gr of sugar
2 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup of cream
2 cups of milk
4 egg yolks
PREPARATION

CHEESE ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cream
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in the cup and program for 6 min, at 90°C and speed six. Refrigerate.
