Ice cream nectarines

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
250g ripe nectarines
Juice of half lemon
200 g cream
100 g of whole milk
50 gr honey
40 g sugar
PREPARATION
1 .- In the thermomix glass pour the nectarines (peeled) along with the rest of the ingredients.
2 .- Beat them all for 2 minutes at maximum speed. ‘til it gets a creamy dough.
3 .- Pour it in the container and then in the freezer. After an hour in the freezer putt the ingredients back into the Thermomix and beat again for a minute and put in the container and freeze again.

Cherries, plum and mora ice cream

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g of sugar (or less if you do not like very sweet, you put 1 / 2 cup)
- 3 cups of milk powder
- 200 g very ripe red plums
- 100 g of ripe red cherries
- 50 g of ripe blackberries
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g of cooking cream
PREPARATION
1. Wash and pit the plums without peeling. Reserve.
2 .- Wash and pit the cherries. Reserve.
3 .- Wash the berries carefully and let drain on a sieve.

Coconut ice cream

for TM 31
INGREDIENTS
- 100 Gr Grated coconut
- 1 Cup of coconut liquor
- 250 GR sugar
- 1 cup of cold milk (1 1/2 hour in the freezer)
PREPARATION
Put in the glass the grated coconut, coconut liquor, sugar at speed 3, for 1 Min. Reserve.
Place the Butterfly, add milk, and mix for 4 MIN, at speed 4. Pour in a bowl.
Serve, add grated coconut topping and freeze over 8 hours.
Before serving let repose for a few minutes at room temperature.

Pineapple ice cream

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
1 large can of pineapple juice
80g lemon juice
1 small can of condensed milk
PREPARATION
We put in the cup the pineapple slices well drained, without any juice. Grind very well at high speed  for 30 seconds.
Add the lemon juice and condensed milk. Mix 30 seconds at speed 7.
We put in a container in the freezer.
When you want to consume, should remove half an hour earlier. It is very creamy.!

RECIPE FOR THE TM 31
INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT HALF A LITER
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 gr of sugar
- 35 g of chocolate (the one you like the most, black with milk etc…) In ounces is fine, it is not necessary for it to be in powder if you do not have.
- 500 g of milk.
ELABORATION
1. Place all the  ingredients into the glass and program for 8 min /at 90º, at level 4. I usually give it a few seconds in level 7 or 8 to smash the chocolate a little bit.

CARAMEL ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of liquid caramel
1/2 cup gr of sugar
2 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup of cream
2 cups of milk
4 egg yolks
PREPARATION
Place everything except the yolks un the cup and mix for a few seconds at max speed. Program 12 minutes, at speed 6, 100° C. Place in a covered container and chill in the fridge for 10 – 12 hours (all night for example).
Place butterfly. Place cold mix in the Thermomix cup with the yolks. Stir on speed 3 until it is all blended.

CHEESE ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cream
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in the cup and program for 6 min, at 90°C and speed six. Refrigerate.
If you have an ice cream maker, place in ice cream maker and once ice cream is done, freeze in a covered container.
