INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
- 5 eggs
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 / 2 onion
- Leek (optional)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 liter of water
- Salt
 PREPARATION
1 .- Peel the potatoes, onion and garlic and leek. Put everything in the thermomix and cover it with water, and chop at speed 3, for 2 or 3 seconds.
Drain and reserve.
2 .- Put 1 liter of water in the machine, and set for 10 minutes, varoma, speed 2.

50 grs of grated parmesan cheese
100 g yellow cornmeal (not cornstarch)
100g water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
oil for frying
PREPARATION
Put all ingredients in the Thermomix then set for 30 sec, speed 4, then for 2 minutes, max speed.
Let the dough repose in a plastic bag for 10-15 minutes, then take portions of the dough with your hands and stretch very very finite between two plastics.
Finally give them triangles form and fry .
Note: Accompanied by guacamole and cheese. I hope you like it!!

40 anchovies
Flour and egg
For the sauce:
30 g almonds
30 g hazelnuts
3 teaspoons hot peppers
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 slice of fried bread
1 little cayenne
3 and 4 garlic confit shallots
30 gr oil of shallots and garlic confit
Salt and black pepper
PREPARATION
Put the almonds and hazelnuts in the Thermomix and blend until powder, add the remaining ingredients and blend at max speed until it is all good ground and gets a smooth sauce. If it gets too thick, add a little water.
Fry.the anchovies in flour and beaten egg.

2 garlic cloves
30 g of virgin olive oil
300g fresh salmon
100 g of surimi
200 ml cream
3 eggs
100 g of tomato sauce
salt, pepper, nutmeg, dill
Tartar Sauce
PREPARATION
Add the 2 garlic cloves in the Thermomix when it’s running at speed 7, then stop the machine, and add oil, set for  6 min, varoma, speed 1.

6  cheese into pieces
25 grams of cream
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients into the bowl and mash until obtaining the desired texture. Store in the fridge at least a couple of hours.
