Pineapple ice cream

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
1 large can of pineapple juice
80g lemon juice
1 small can of condensed milk
PREPARATION
We put in the cup the pineapple slices well drained, without any juice. Grind very well at high speed  for 30 seconds.
Add the lemon juice and condensed milk. Mix 30 seconds at speed 7.
We put in a container in the freezer.
When you want to consume, should remove half an hour earlier. It is very creamy.!

Orange Custard

INGREDIENTS
• 170 gr sugar
• peeling of an orange (no white part)
• 800 ml milk
• 8 eggs
• 20 gr cornstarch
PREPARATION
Spray sugar with orange peels for about 20 seconds maximum speed, add the remaining ingredients, mix at speed 6 and set for 10 min, 90 ° C. Let repose and stir a few seconds, speed 6. Put in pan and let cold.

Rice cakes

INGREDIENTS
(12 rice cakes)
* 12 t wafers
* 15 grams (1 heaping tablespoon) rice meal
* 15 grams (1 tbsp) cornstarch
* 30 grams (2 tbsp) flour
* 2 eggs
* 80 gr melted butter
* 80 grams of sugar (half cup)
* 600 ml of milk (2 cups)
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 200 º C.
Lining molds (such as the photo) with wafers.
Pour all ingredients into the bowl and mix at speed 6, 15 sec. Fill the molds with the cream (almost to the edge) and bake for 20-25 min.

Apple pie

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo of Pippin.
- 2 eggs.
- 100 gr flour.
- 200 g sugar.
- 2 teaspoons of yeast.
- 2 teaspoons melted butter.
- Apricot jam.
PREPARATION
Peel and chop the apples, leaving one for decoration. Put them into the jar and add all ingredients. Blend at top speed until creamy. Pour into a buttered mold and decorate with the reserved apple, sliced thin.
Cook in oven at 200 ‘º for 10 minutes and then down to 180 º about 20 minutes, it depends a bit from the oven.
Once removed, covered with jam and leave to cold.

Classic donuts

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
INGREDIENTS
- 250g Milk
- 100g Sunflower oil
- 40g fresh yeast
- 70gr sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 700 gr of flour and olive oil for frying.
PREPARATION
Place in a glass of milk, oil and sugar for 2 min. /37 º/ Speed 2.
Add yeast and eggs and mix for 10 seconds on speed 6 no heat. Add the flour and salt and knead for about 20 seconds at speed 6 for 3 minutes.

Cookies Yogurt

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31

Ingredients
1 / 2 roll of biscuits Mary
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tablespoons of caramel liquid (is for color)
- 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 pack of curd
PREPARATION
Smash a cookie roll, 5-10 progressive speed.
Then add all ingredients, a pack of curd, and three teaspoons of caramel liquid.
Program  7 minutes on speed 4, temperature 90 degrees. Pour into cups or crystal glasses and you’re done.

Brownies

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31
- 200 grs. Nestlé chocolate desserts
- 100 grs. flour
- 100 grs. sugar
- 75 grs. peeled nuts
- 3 eggs
- 1 pack of yeast Royal
- 100 grs. butter
PREPARATION
Grate nuts. Speed 5-7-9 and set aside. Put the sugar and eggs and set a min./ 40º / speed 4.
Add the butter and chocolate and set for a few seconds./ speed 4 / until a cream is made.
Add grated walnuts and mix. Finally put the flour and baking powder and mix for 5 sec. / speed .6.

Very quickly chocolate custard

Recipe – Thermomix TM 31

INGREDIENTS
- 640 g milk
- 130 gr sugar
- 3 eggs
– 130 g of black chocolate
PREPARATION
1 .- Grate the chocolate.
2 .- Add all ingredients in the Thermomix jar.
3 .- 8 minutes to cook everything, at temperature 90 and speed 4.
4 .- Finally, stir on speed 5- six seconds-

Chocolate junket

INGREDIENTS
100 g of chocolate desserts or coverage
600 ml milk

Peach margarine or butter

INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g of margarine or butter
- 125 grams of peaches in syrup
- Icing sugar to taste (I add two tablespoons)
ELABORATION

Plum marmalade for diabetics

RECIPE FOR THE TM 31
INGREDIENTS FOR APROX 750 GR.
- 650 gr of ripe plums without pits
- 450 g of fructose
- 1 peeled, seedless lemon (no white parts)

RECIPE FOR THE TM 31
INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT HALF A LITER
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 gr of sugar
- 35 g of chocolate (the one you like the most, black with milk etc…) In ounces is fine, it is not necessary for it to be in powder if you do not have.

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 1/2 cup of milk
Liquid caramel
PREPARATION
Place everything in the cup, whip during 15 seconds, speed 3.
Pour mix in a 30 oz rectangular mould, previously caramelized. Cover with foil until its well sealed. Place in Varoma container and reserve.
Put 2 cups of water in the cup (no need to clean it out), program 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2. When done, place Varoma over lid and program for 30 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2.
Let cool to dis-mould.

FOR TH21
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
stick cinnamon, orange and/or lime peel
PREPARATION
Place milk in the the cup (reserve some of it) with cinnamon and peels, during 10 minutes, 212 °F, speed 1. Sift to remove peels and cinnamon.
Program for 12 minutes, 212°F, speed 3. When finished let stir in speed 3 for about 5 minutes, to let it cool a little.
Put in piping bag and cool in the fridge. Nozzle of the piping bag will depend on purpose of the cream.
