- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 celeries
- 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 50 gr olive oil

INGREDIENTS
Serves 4:
350 g cooked beet
80 g of potatoes
50 g butter
750 gr beef or chicken stock cube
salt and pepper
 PREPARATION
- We put in the thermomix the potatoes into pieces, beets and butter. Crush for 5 seconds, speed 5. Set again for  minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
- Grind at speed 7-9 for 15 seconds. Add the stock cube and set for 13 minutes, varoma temperature, Speed 1.
- Check the salt and add pepper to taste. Set for 10 seconds at speed 6.
Serve hot and  decorate with a little cream.

This cream is one of the simplest dishes and traditional Arabic food.
- 1 / 2 kg lentils
- 2 small onions
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- A little oil
- 1 cup of lemon juice
