- 200g cream
- 150g Milk Chocolate
-150g of dark chocolate
-  Brandy
- Square crackers
PREPARATION
Pour the cream in the Thermomix. Set for 4 minutes, tempeature 100 º, speed 2.
Stop the machine and add the chocolate chips.
Set for 30 seconds, speed 9, and temperature 100 º.
Then add the brandy and stir for a few seconds at speed 6.
Dip cookies in milk with brandy and add a layer of crackers.
Top with a layer of the mix we&#8217;ve done before and so cover the pan you used.
You can sprinkle shredded coconut or chocolate sprinkles.
