INGREDIENTS
500 g of wheat flour
30 g of pressed baker&#8217;s yeast
250g water
1 egg
50 gr olive oil
2 tablespoons salt dessert
1 tablespoon sugar dessert
1 sachet of grated Emmental cheese
3 garlic cloves.
PREPARATION
Crush the garlic to taste.

- 125 g of water
- 125 gr Milk
- 50 gr oil
