Carrot and apple cream

INGREDIENTS
250g peeled potato
100g peeled carrot
1 peeled apple
300 ml of water
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in the jar, blend for 10 sec, speed 5 and set for 20 min set, varoma, speed 1.
When finish, add salt to taste and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and blend for 30 sec max speed, down the remains of the wall and repeat the operation.
As a main dish, add 100 ml of water.
Serve as an accompaniment to meats or as main dish. It is very soft on the palate.
