2 Coloured custard (no egg)

INGREDIENTScustard2
1 liter of milk
60g corn flour
50 g sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
100 g of desserts chocolate

PREPARATION
Pour chocolate in the Thermomix and chop at speed 4. Remove and set aside.

Add milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract and sugar in the bowl and mix for a few seconds at speed 6. Set for 12 min, 100 ° C, speed 3.

Spread in half the custard to a glass and add the other half in the glass, then the chopped chocolate. Mix for about 4-5 seconds. As the custard is hot, there is no need to heat the chocolate, it get dissolved by itself.

Pour the white custard into the molds on the chocolate one (or vice versa, to taste). You can also make several layers.
